  I, a qualified researcher of based western medicines,along with a history of working properly through extensive studies of/& with Natural Medicines;& how they can compliment & work safely with each other, am appauled at the lack of accurate 'anything' this business claims they can do; often leaving others in the shop being told to do the wrong things with their medicines, let alone not understanding some basic products that persons want to know some other simple answers about; the 'product/s' in question, only to be told complete b******* & be off on your way. The level of arrogance from firstly shop assistance, who somehow feel they are entitled to act as if we are second rate citizens, let alone the BAD behaviour that continues even when one stays disciplined (& really disciplined) & speaks clearly with nice tones, only to have further rude antics thrown at their face literally. Not only have i been in this situation one to many times, i have found that i have helped customers more with explaining whats going on with 'whatever' their question might be,& have been not only thanked but told how scared some are to say to much to these persons" for the fear of being told they can't cone back. ( For absolute many reasons, it isn't as simple as to say go elsewhere.. please just believe this as a TRUE statement.) Many doctors who must deal with this pharmacy for very unwell persons (who btw do an enormous job just trying to keep all alive & have a smile at times), get very annoyed with their lack of organization between the entire staff; which isn't huge considering the size of the business(if we must call it that), & then there is often anamosity created .... which might be their 'joy' for the day but isn't for everybody else having to deal with them! I am one of only few with the knowledge/& creds that understand medicine, & i must keep my 'stance' so to eventually blow off the bad energy that the place gives you as their warming assistance/possibly their idea of a gift? The wrong thing is that i have had to correct them in matters that are serious ( the release of controlled drugs for example), only to be treated with total hatred, spite along with the attitude of a child wanting attention their way. It has scared me to see that a pharamacist gave the wrong script to the wrong person; lucky i was there & soughted it..My greatest concern is how many mistakes are they making to the general public,& some of us are wondering whether there is a true official licence that allows that shop" to be called a chemist/drug store?? I'm in a position where i must deal with them currently, so i can only try & remain as positive,& keep alert until i can move out of the area totally. *The arrogance of the owners & staff (bar maybe one, who i fear has been removed due to her gracious concern for others, the majority there don't like) is so incredible that 'words' fail to meet an expectation on properly describing the experience that lots of us MUST go through, then be assured the rest of that day is usually ruined, not to forget to mention the additional stress being thrown (which for unwell individuals only causes more serious sickness, & i might even go on to say plausable death) all because of what???? The entire business needs to be over looked by a authorized AMA security personnel... Its not just the general, yet horrid behaviour of most there, its the real concern about the mistakes only some of us have seen, let alone how many others out there that may have to yet feel they can't say anything about. AND believe me, unless you are somewhat tough skinned, know what you are talking about(& they really hate that, so be warned if you feel you might be able to 'take them on') , unfortunately you do get let known how much they dis like dealing with people.. I'll repeat this; the research already done on this place does suggest that for 'entertainment purposes' they enjoy being rude, obnoxious, & they all have practice how to do this with a 'new type' of a poker face, thus ensuring they can double twist their words/& actions!
